Finally got a chance to watch ep 9. So good! How does this drama get better and better with each ep?



I capped my favorite scenes

The fight (if you can call it that) between the bodyguard and DG. It was so gorgeously filmed and I loved how DG turned into a zombie as soon as he saw UN's picture - heedless of his own imminent death or of his opponent being killed right in front of him, not being able to concentrate on anything by UN's picture. It's as if she takes so much space in his thoughts he has no room for anything else and can actively function only by suppressing thoughts of her because if someone does bring her up - yikes.


















































TH and UN on the boat where he explains how he became a slave and OMG the ribbon scene with her tearing off her ribbon for his head cover. I may have swooned at the way he stared at her.



































Dae Gil brooding and broken and obsessed. Just you wait, honey, it's going to get much much worse.










This scene just made my inner shipper incoherent. OMG.


































The final scene which made me almost scream. Don't kill him, DG! If you do, you are doomed! Not that I'd blame you for your blood-lust here, but don't!

This was such an interesting and also lovely episode with the usual topping of aaannnggst at the end. I love the way TH looks at UN, it's almost enough to makes me a shipper. :)

And the ep 10 preview!!! I swear PD Kwak is a sadist who likes to torture us with the glimpses of things to come. Usually misleading as hell too. Guess how many times I watched it?

K-dramas have turned me into a masochist. It's a sad, sad life I lead.... *sob* XD

I feel sorry for the Bounty Hunter lady too, but they addressed here one of my big "fighting fiction" peeves so I am glad at the same time . I don't really like when I see a light-looking lady winning against a trained-looking man twice her size. By the laws of science - he is just bound to be twice as strong as she is and win easily. I am all for feminism and such but I am a logic freak and this never makes sense to me. When a lady looks trained (Xena) I am fine with a little stretch of the laws of physics, but if she is tiny and slight-looking - No.

Also eee- the shippy scene got posted twice!!! And she was awake all the time - how shippy is that!!!

Yeah - I can buy it if the skill level is uneven (i.e. the slim woman is super-trained and the guy not much) but if skill level is similar, greater strength and reach should have you win.

Episode 10 will kill you! :)

Just finished episode 10! and if you thought episode 9 brought you to shippy heaven, I have no idea where episode 10 will bring you! IT WAS FANTASTIC! GAAAAAAHHHHHH! Why must we wait another week for the next episode!!!

I just read the recaps (thank you!!!!) and OMGOMGOMG.

So WHO are you shipping? Because I do like SH/DG TH/UN like whoa. I know UN/DG should be my OTP, but I just can't. I mean, i like their scenes...they're sweet and all, but SH/DG TH/UN have that little more umph for me. If that makes sense? Also, I think this is the first time I'm almost halfway through a drama and still ship the pairings that are not the (supposedly) OTP.

I cannot believe TPTB killed Baek-ho off. What a waste of a perfectly intriguing character. I want to know more about him. When did he start working for UN and her bro? How? He's...was obviously trained and well-educated (and also smart): how did he become that? WHO was he, really? When did he start loving UN? So many questions. I mean, seriously, he's been on screen for what? 10-15 minutes tops and Danny Ahn made SUCH an outstanding job with his character; I was looking forward to more of his scenes.

Oh and I didn't see the twist at the end coming. I had no idea the betrayer wasn't really a betrayer. 0__0

I am shipping DG/UN and TH/UN. I like SH as a character but I don't ship her with DG. Maybe because they'd be too healthy or maybe because I am cruel and want DG to love the same woman all his life :)
