I have a great deal of fondness for Lee Yo Won since her Fashion 70s days, so we will see.

And mmmmmmm Bidam - he is ridiculously sexy (he'd have to be - to make me contemplate watching a 62 ep drama). Where has he been all my life?

remember lee seo jin's right hand man in Lovers? That is Kim Nam Gil. He went by the screen name "Lee Han" back then. I thought he looked handsome then but in QSD, he adds a bit of villiany to make him hot.

I also started to watch QSD because of Bidam. I love Uhm Tae Woong but Kim Nam Gil adds so much tension to the drama. But alas, I cannot watch a long sageuk and must content myself with fan mv's.

Just a reminder or in case you didn't know, BiDam doesn't appear until ep. 21 or so. Go HyunJung as MiShil is terrific (though I think she overdoes the eyebrows thing sometimes, when she's perfectly capable of playing the same scenes w/o), but if you're looking for romance, it'll be mostly LYW & Um TW from ep. 10-12ish or so. (Sorry, not a regular QSD viewer, and I've given up, so very fuzzy with the details.)

Yup. *shudder* I did get through all of East of Eden - but after ep 26 or so of that one I did selective watching.

Ah, welcome to sharing my pain. *g* I'm about to pick up from ep 32? (I think it was 32) again.

I liked the early episodes with the teen characters. In many cases they were a lot better than their adult counterparts and the story was actually MOVING instead of running in circles or seesawing back and forth.

Then there's the fact that I can't stand Mi Shil, at all. I'm ok with all the other baddies but her.... I tend to ff any scene she's in.

Bi Dam IS hot but he's too crazy for my taste. Yu Shin is such a stick in the mud so I'm left with the Yellow Ranger to root for, sigh. ;P He's cute though....

Oh, there's someone you will recognize from Last Scandal too, playing a totally opposite character.
