Btw - the angst in eps 11-12 of Worlds Within is THROUGH THE ROOF for me, precisely because is IS so real-world and relatable. I mean, I want to cry for both Joon Young and Ji Oh (though Ji Oh should also come in for a good slapping).

It was heartbreaking to watch. Fot JY it came out of the blue and there were no signs that her heart was going to be crushed. JH was being a true asshat but still I couldn't really hate him because I imagined what he was going through and I can't judge a man for how he chooses to handle life-altering news. That said, he was extremely cruel to her and I don't know how she managed to not kick him in the balls for his 'pretend' callousness.

After they re-united and they're in the car and he gives his absolute statement. I swear I felt so giddy, it was like I was her.

Yeah, he was totally flipping out and in complete shut-down mode which I can understand (really, when he broke up with her earlier, he wasn't a jerk or anything and honestly, they probably would have patched it up but then the eye thing happened and yeah, goodbye any chance for him to act like a sane person).

I do love that she didn't do the meek heroine thing and just weep and accept - she fought him on it and demanded answers and told him what she thought of his behavior. She wasn't embarassed to show how heart-broken she was (which parodoxically must have helped for it to sink in to JH that she genuinely loved him and it wasn't a 'it's fun to be with you, it's OK without, I'll move to the next guy asap' type of thing) but she wasn't pathetically clingy either.

I hope there was a LOT of grovelling involved at some point :D I loved the bit where he watched her and Yung unni kiss because - serve you right! I have to say if something like this happened to me, I'd still love the guy and take him back and forgive him, but it would take a LONG time for me to fully trust him again. Though I guess they know each other even better now and weathered such a crisis so that might not be an issue.
