it's always nice when someone falls madly madly in love with something, because I think what we're all looking for in media is not just escapism but also joy and something to make us believe in life and love again.

I honestly have no idea if you will like it or not - sometimes our tastes are so similar it's freaky and sometimes they are miles apart :)

But I think that, for some reason, this drama just speaks to me on a very personal level - ridiculously so, to a degree where I cannot be rational about it. It also made me think about certain things in my life which was very helpful. I know, I know but I do get a lot of pointers applicable to my own life from books, movies, tv.

Not yet. DX The fansub group that's subbing it has a million other projects they're working on and Otomen is only a 'side-project' for them anyway, so it might be a while. D: Unless some other kind soul picks it up.

Episode 3 is REEEEEEEALLY cute and funny, though. So far it's strayed the most from the manga, but there are some bits in it directly from the manga itself. :Db
