She is a lawyer struggling for business and being looked down on by some scumbag male lawyers because *gasp* she used to be a secretary at some point in time.

She is AWESOME.

This is our hero.



He is a businessman who is almost as rich as he is eccentric - I mean it. The guy is ridiculously, hilariously nuts.

Did I mention he is an ex-husband of heroine's friend?



The friend is pretty, awesome, famous actress, and also in the process of trying to claw as much money out of her ex-hubby as she humanly can. Well, if those rumors of his affairs and fights are true, he certainly has it coming. And even if they aren't true (as they would make for a very unkdramaish romcom), having to put up with someone that weird would certainly call for compensation.

Together, they, plus her sharkish and capable divorce lawyer, make dangermousie LOL and LOL.

Hmm...second woman looks very familiar. At first, i thought she was the actress who played the other guy's mistress/secretary in Lovers and the model in Hello! Miss, but I don't think it is. (Which is a pity, because I adore her, and she doesn't seem to do many dramas.)

I am such a dork - I didn't realize the other girl in Lovers and the model in H!M were played by the same actress, even though I liked both characters. Insane.

I'll let you know how this drama goes as it might be your thing - as far as I can tell from spoilers and set-up, they don't demonize the 'other girl' (i.e. ex-wife) in the slightest and she is supposed to be awesome.

Ah, so you decided to go ahead with it. It is pretty lolltastic all the way through... with them angsty bits thrown in.

Yeah, HMG is not your garden variety hero, that's for sure. First you want to strangle him, then you want to hug him. LOL! There's more than meets the eye at first glance. I loved Lee Sung Jae in StP and this made me appreacite him even more. Especially after the films of his I watched in between. ;)

The heroine IS awesome and more than a match for him.

It is so very good. I know I will love a drama if it hooks me from the beginning.

I stayed away because legal shows=boring and it can't get more legal than a show with 'lawyers' in the title, right? Oh boy, how wrong I was!

And it was of the few shows that I wanted to watch again right after I finished it. Mmmm...maybe it's time for a rewatch. And now you've got me wanting to take up ISWAK2 again. Haha I just went home to grab lunch AND my the LOTGROK dvds. It's been long enough since I watched it last that I've forgotten a lot of the plot details but I vividly remember how refreshing I found it. Time for a rewatch!!!
