He is an icy genius pianist! Who looks like Korean Orlando Bloom.

SOLD.

The heroine looks adorable and the secondary girl, even if my acquiantance is brief so far, promises to be satisfactorily crazy, as she tracks hero down because they were childhood sweethearts when they were 10, never saw each other since, and she is MAD AS HELL he hasn't spent his time since pining about her. Yeah, her life revolves around a guy she liked when she was ten. I think she saw too many kdramas.

I am 15 minutes in btw.

What is it that I heard about him selling himself (to his "parents") when a child so heroine could be OK? Please let it be true.

A mv:

It is so true it will make your kdrama loving heart explode. He even gets told she died soon after and runs into the snow!

Secondary girl is AMAZING. Like, I can't even truly hate her. I just MARVEL AT THE INSANITY.

I love Secondary Girl's commitment to getting the hero at all costs. Though I think it takes episode 8 or so for the true crazy to kick in. (And remember all the times she wailed about how no one was fair to her and what about her NEEDS?)

IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL! But yeah, it does take a bit for it to kick in. Like...uhm...I think the only reason she "lost" was that she lost interest...or something. SHE WAS A TRULY FRIGHTENING FORCE OF NATURE!

This sounds so incredibly awesome. I can't wait.

Secondary Girl is just deliciously obsessed. Even if I didn't know the spoiler about Jae Ha's real identity, I would still not find it weird he is not interested in pursuing a childhood romance from when he was 10!

This one is excellent, even if the version I had had the most insane subtitles ever. Plus it turns out that his dad also sold the heroine into slavery, so it's all round selling of children!

Baby Mousie should rejoice I am not a kdrama parent :)

If she ever gets stroppy as a teenager you should sit her down in the front of one and show her bad she could have it!

Oh, I really adore this drama. I think Secondary Girl is a little crazy (okay, a lot crazy) in the brain. Because, hello. . . it's been, like twenty-one years! Did she really think he'd long for her for 21 years?

Then there's Daniel Henney's character. Who hardly speaks Korean, but somehow makes his way around town daily to, you know, stalk Eun Young around Seoul. But. . . as much as I wanted to dislike him and his somewhat creepy Cinderella fantasy - it's Daniel Henney. It's harmless stalking (for the most part, as I recall) And does he, like, stalk the girl he likes in all the shows he is in?

Whatever. It's a very sweet show, with lots of underlying angst for the OTP.

Daniel Henney just comes across as so good-natured I can't be annoyed at him ever :)

The OTP is so adorable and I love the way it's filmed.

I can't believe I never mentioned Spring Waltz to you before! It's definitely my favorite of the seasons dramas and I think you'll enjoy it a lot.

I have seen this and it's indeed quite good. I noticed that the artist who sang in the MV is a fellow pinay. :)

@ Korean Orlando Bloom: I thought so too... :D

It is such a beautifully filmed drama - one of the prettiest I've seen. The scene when they are in the train in ep 1 and it's this gorgeous enclosed space with reflections through windows...gorgeous.
