Apparently, Smile, Matsujun and Aragaki Yui's new drama, is going to guest-star Oguri Shun. EEEE!

I have also found a rather odd official teaser for it on youtube:

Still, the thing that excites me most about this drama is not even Matsujun but the fact that it's the screenwriter for Hanadan and Utahime, both of which I love with a mad love.

Oh, and apparently the rumor is that Matsujun's character is a former gang member or criminal (not sure which) who is trying to keep to the straight and narrow after jail? If true, even more exciting.

ETA: Because I am bizarre, the thing I mainly thought during that weird teaser was "wow, Matsujun's hair looks like it did in that movie about incestuous twins. I really hope AY doesn't play a sibling :D"

I didn't carefor Boku because it felt like nothing happened...

Ahhh, the perm! *shudder* They gave him quite nice hair in S2 so no idea what they were thinking in S1. I didn't stop thinking he was hideous (though I rapidly stopped caring because I was won over by his acting/character asap) throughout HYD1 and then I saw Gokusen and went 'whoa, he is actually good-looking!" Heee.

It's a lot more... interesting in the manga. Even the anime OVAs are faster paced. It was distinctly strange seeing them after watching the movie.

I hated all of the F4's hair in season 1 (Shun's wasn't terrible, but not amazing either). I think I had the exact same reaction to him! He never really came across as attractive to me until I saw Gokusen. It's amazing how one bad perm can alter someone's looks!
