Tazza, or gamblers can be hot and angsty too!

Because I am sort of insane and think I can keep up with three dramas at once, I started Tazza, the currently running kdrama about the ups and downs of a professional gambler and love, luck and revenge.



Tazza boasts one of the hottest (and coolest) kdrama casts out there, with the four principal roles being played by Jang Hyuk (Thank You, Robbers), Kim Min Joon (Damo, In-soon is Pretty), Han Ye Seul (Fantasy Couple, Nine-Tailed Fox), and Kang Sung Yan (Let's Get Married, Single Father is in Love).

I am about half an ep in, so it's probably too early to make a judgment, but then when I have not been rash? I love it. It's cynical, fast-paced, and with an underpinning of angst. Jang Hyuk excels at playing cynical, even hard-bitten guys whose exterior brusqueness is a way of coping with past wounds, and who do have a melty heart under there if you know how to reach it. Plus, so sexy! Goni is not a nice person, but every time he smiles, I forget to care!

Anyway, there is childhood love, tragedy, and a lot of games of chance. Plus suits. What's not to like?

Yup. Only here I think she is the hero's OTP and childhood love who was sold into the gambling house by her brother. Awesomeness.

Btw, have you been watching more of Kingdom of the Winds? (viikii has subs through ep 8). There are evil ninjas! And totally slashy moments!

... I can justify taking on another kdrama because BV subs are so slow. Right? Right? I'll need something to tide me over. Right? (Childhood love! *melts*)

viikii=www.viikii.net, a streaming site that is beginning to rule my life. People there sub and load airing kdramas and they do it insanely fast. EoE subs come out less than 12 hours after an ep aired, a speed I haven't seen sincee Hanadan2 days. Kingdom of the Winds subs are out the next day.

This is also the only place to find Tazza subbed as KST which is supposed to sub it has been singularly mum. That's where I am watching it.

Psssst. They have BV and the subs there might actually be up to date.

Subs should be automatic. What are you trying to watch?

If it doesn't work, move your mouse over lower right hand corner of the streaming screen and a subs optioon should pop up.

The childhood love thing is hilarious. The first time he sees her, he is so smitten he is almost run over by a car but the second time he is mad because she ruined his gambling and he lost stuff so he yells 'go away, bitch!' LOL. So she takes all his gambling stuff and scatters it all over. Heh. Did I mention they are like 8 at the time? I loled.
