Also, he is about to be dragged off to be tortured for a year (!!!) by the Black Shadows. Really, makers of KotW, you don't need to outshine Lobbyist in terms of SIG torture. You can allow him to have an unhurty time for a whole ep, honest!
All this torture results in him looking like this instead. I prefer the above look, however. So we shall skip the torture for a day, k? Please?
