Because SMeyer's sparkly vampires actually reminded me of a vampire-related universe which was made of awesome, I rewatched a bit of Buffy this morning. Specifically? Well, I was tired and out of it, so what's better to cheer a gal up than watching the scene from S3's 'Graduation part 2' ep where Buffy makes Angel feed on her. It's just what I like: angsty (to the max!) and sexy (ditto to the max! Censors were sort of asleep on that one, heeee) and full of all-around Buffy awesomeness. Also, I am pleased to note that Angel does not sparkle once.



(For those who forgot/don't know/blahblah, Angel has been poisoned by Faith and the only cure is blood of a slayer. Since Buffy accidentally killed (or so she thinks) Faith in the process of trying to obtain said blood, the only meal ticket for Angel is...Buffy).





Which Buffy explains to Angel, who is less than pleased and sort of tries to stumble away. Poor woobie. That is like the ultimate no for him...







Buffy, not a girl to take no for an answer...





*repeat as needed until he vamps out*

That's the way it's done! Really, no other show did vampires better than Buffy, hell, I named my cat after her. Vampire Knight follows pretty closely.
