Yup, that's Kame. I am afraid if you blow on him too hard, he'll topple over. I don't get this with Taiwanese or Korean actors, but in jdramas? Some of them I could probably body chuck and I am a tiny, short girl :D
Meteor Garden is avaiable as MU dls on jdramas. (So are all the jdramas I recced). But yeah, Hanadan is the same thing.
