dangermousie: (The Outsiders night)

Oh, episode 2 of Sorry I love you a.k.a. MISA is even more fun and angst-filled than the first.

Mmmmm. His many shades of emo are uniformly hot. I will not make comment on the fact that if he had head surgery, his hair would be shaved and not such lovely luxuriant locks. If Vic Zhou can die of stomach cancer in Silence looking all spiffy, this is nothing.

Oh, and our heroine practiced the monologue from Romeo and Juliet about poison and dying on Romeo's corpse. Dramatic irony must have cackled.

They are currently doing this beloved of kdramas cliche of hero and heroine passing each other unknowing. In slomo. Oh kdrama, never change!

It's really the slow-mo that kills, isn't it? Or the repeated shots of the same frame, over and over again for emphasis? So kdrama.

You are so NOT going to make me watch this - recites mantra over and over *[livejournal.com profile] dangermousie is evil* *[livejournal.com profile] dangermousie is evil* *[livejournal.com profile] dangermousie is evil*

Good thing it's So Jib and not Lee Wan, Gong Yu or Kim Jae Wook otherwise I would be d/ling this drama instead of Dal Ja's SPring atm.

The fun has just begun, my friend. I didn't know the melodrama of Korean shows until I saw "I'm Sorry...". And honestly, I don't know how people watch these shows in a row. There's only so much angst my little heart can take - especially without some kind of happy ending.

I am now on ep 3 and it's even more awesome. I love this drama the way SJS loves his emo.

But he is so angsty, and scruffy, and with attitude, and hot.

It's so fun. And so melodramatically awesome, in a very kdrama way, that I don't really get devastated. of course, I am only on ep 3 :)

Yup. How I live for those moments...

Btw, that pic of Kame with the baby you posted? Ahhhh, jdrama crack is still the best.

:D

Have fun and go all out on your meta then ... I think I prefer to *watch* this drama through your eyes rather than watch it myself - you know too much Angst is killing me :D (Which really let's me question how I ever got through Sora Kara and Nemereru Mori in the first place, but then Kimura-san makes me do things :))

I think, with most angsty dramas, my self-preservation kicks in and I am just amused and detach and revel that way (happened with Bali).

I have Sora Kara on my very short list of dramas to watch :)
