Two lovely scenes from ep 5 of FBRS

I just really loved this scene for how quiet it was. FBRS is a very loud, frenetic drama at times, wonderfully so, but it makes the odd quiet moment work even better. Plus, I love how much it can convey with so few overt, in-your-face speechifying bits. And so it goes here, when Eun Bi very simply says that she is sorry if she's caused Chi Soo all this torment (he's been drama-queening that he's got a disorder now and can't function) and it's just as well she's not cut out to be a teacher and they won't have to see each other again. I just love how honest and oddly mature Eun Bi can be when necessary and I also love Chi Soo's face throughout the whole thing because the second she touches him, you can tell he pretty much stops processing anything else - he is so freaking in love and has no idea. And that is why, even though I understand why people like sleepy chef, ultimately I am all about Eun Bi/Chi Soo - because those are, to me, the most intense and engrossing scenes, where they are like this or where they are bickering like five-year-olds. Plus, there is potential for conflict in that relationship which is absent with sleepy chef.

OK, this one is the opposite of quiet :P She is about to take stomach pills (ah, kdramas and their toilet humor) when Chi Soo bursts out of nowhere, tearing it out of her hands and throwing it out - he is clearly assuming she was about to off herself. Which - I know Chi Soo is a drama queen supreme (he is pretty much Tamaki with an attitude) but it seems like a very odd conclusion to jump to even under those circumstances. Did his mysteriously absent mother off herself or something? Or is he really the ultimate drama queen? Whatever the truth, all I can say is Jung Il Woo is freaking hot!
