How his character survived jail without getting "boyfriends" is a mystery - I guess having mob friends really helps.
I am still way behind on this drama (only saw 5 eps) because I will wait until it's done to marathon it. Waiting for plot twists week to week would kill me.
On other news of the pretty and angsty, I bring you my favorite mini-sequence from Dog with Two Bones. Yes, proper picspam for the ep still to come.
(I know it's totally inappropriate to interject this here, but Claudia Black is so incredibly gorgeous in a very real, non-Hollywood-Barbie way. She takes my breath away).
How interesting that Aeryn "hallucinates" John alive and John "hallucinates" Aeryn dead - greatest wish v. greatest fear?
I love how all his homecoming-to-Earth scenarios play out as nightmares of various sorts - friends not fitting in, Aeryn leaving, culminating in his greatest nightmare, Aeryn and everyone else he cares for dead because of him, because Scorpius wants him. I don't think it's really a morbid nightmare but he is playing out what is likely to happen if he did return to earth (because let's face it, all those options are likely on some level). Oddly, it never occurs to him how much he himself would be out of place on earth, any more.
I always wondered why in John's mind, Aeryn's last words were exactly the same as Talyn-John's last words...
