Will be most likely watching Ghost Rider tonight. Sometimes I just need a stupid, actiony movie. Mr. Mousie wasn't keen on 300.

But that is not what the post is about. While browsing the list of movies available I came across this 'gem:'

Barbie Fairytopia: Magic Of The Rainbow.

The plot? I quote: "When a terrible malady is set upon Magic Meadow, Elina the flower fairy and Bibble the puffball must act quickly to save the day."

Our civilization is doooooooomed.

Hi DM

My wife and I saw Ghost Rider last night, as you said it was mindless fun, but it definetly fun. The action was good as were the special effects.Plus check out the scene where Nicholas Cage takes his shirt off. Wholy cow has that boy been working out. Plus as my wife said "fake hair" . It does make him look younger though.

All in all it was enjoyable.

Bob

Um yeah. I saw part of the latter while doctoring youngest daughter's knee. (She left a fair bit of it on the concrete)

All I could think was "Elina and Azura are SOOOO dykes." Elina is the fem. Azura, with her short blue hair and overbearing eye-contact, is obviously butch.

One more reason to be glad I gafiated. no lesbian barbie wingfic. With glitter.

I forbid Barbies in my house. Good job Sasha's favourites are "Simpsons" and "Futurama". I can't abide Barbie things.

I really try to avoid the knowledge that there are, in fact, Barbie movies. Or movies based on any misshapen doll, actually. ('Cause, dude, there's Bratz movies. And those dolls look homicidal. /shudders/)

It's a whole scary sub-genre. I mean, why? Stick your kids in front of something awesome like The Land Before Time and they'll forget all about the creepy looking dolls!
