Antihistamines and sun together work? There is a big warning on my pills "Stay out of direct sun". I'm also used to long sleeves in summer. For the legs fortunately there are tights. I'm using silver sleeves at my armes. Looks funny when I'm biking. Long pants, long gloves, silver sleeves and and sun hat :D.
