I think in the end Daran might choose YJ, he has a lot of secrets but I do think he loves Daran. He just keeps everything to himself which caused his ex(I want to claw out her face or punch her) to think that she stands a chance to get back with him and Daran thinking he doesn't care about her. I think what KJ really wants is a family and I have some thoughts about the connection between YJ and KJ, I think they might be brothers. But I adore Mari and Daran's idiot brother, neither one of them is the brightest star in the sky so a perfect match.
