Mmmm...slathering of yummy mush
May. 3rd, 2007 09:49 amI checked my DVDs of kdrama Say You Love Me (to see that they work) and...
*swooooooooon*
The subs are iffy (but understandable) as it's one of those Chinese box sets, but then there have never been fansubs for it or proper English language release, but I don't care!!!
I watched the ending and EEEEEEE!!!!!
Kim Rae Won is so gorgeous.
And there is desperate running, and reunion of the OTP after years of separation and her asking him why he doesn't wear the necklace (it's actually a string with some sort of Buddhist symbol on it. They were brought up by Buddhist monks *glee*) and he is alltentatively 'I wanted you to help me put it on' and she does and then they just hug and hold on for dear life and they are borderline weeping but not quite and EEEEEE!
I mainly got it for the deliciously angsty yummy plot of two young, 'pure' childhood lovers (KRW and the leading lady) who end up being broken up (apparently temporarily) because they come into the big bad world and this successful but unfulfulled businesswoman with her sharky off-on-boyfriend sees them as a sort of slap in the face to herself, so she sends bf after the girl and sets out to get KRW herself (not out of love or anything). EEEE.
But I am good and not watching until I finish my current roster.
