I just finished Gumiho through marathon format and I really liked it. Yea, there were moments where things could've sped up...but I think it's good. Or maybe I just really enjoyed the actors ^^

I didn't really like MGIAG, mainly because I thought it had potential to be more, but you might actually like the angsty turns towards the end. Overall, I think the main couple is a bit too cutesy, cutesy for your taste, dangermousie.

When a Man Loves, Guardian Angel, Breathless, I picked those just cause I've never heard of them before.

Not hard to guess what I'll suggest. ;P NO ONE has watched StP and it deserves more love. And not just because of UTW either, though he's really good in it. There's bromance! The romance is nice too....

The only one on that list I actually watched and liked is The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry and I adored it. Kim Bum and PJH had surprisingly good chemistry and I LOVED the friendship between the 3 ladies.

More importantly though, I need to UNrecommend Terroir. Just... don't do it to yourself. There's barely any plot and what little there is is absolutely mindnumbingly stupid, Kim Joo Hyuk & Han Hye Jin had negative chemistry, and I generally like Ki Tae Young but he was absolutely wasted here. Unless you're huge wine fan and could sit there watching people swirl it in their glasses for hours, AVOID.

Not having looked at any of the videos, I went with Snow in August. Because with a title like that I bet there's amnesia and TRAGEDY. Plus hopefully snow and we all know how kdrama heroes like to stand in snow emoing.

Actually, i thought people did that, to look cool, or sophisticated.
But as it turns out, you dont get the proper flavor of wine, unless, you swirl it.

I remember, drinking my first glass of wine, like water.
I was thirsty, and the water glass on our table was empty, and i couldn't stand it anymore, the wine came in and i just chugged it down like a glass of water.
Needless to say.... my dates eye balls popped out.

Wines arent for me i guess, i still havent cached on to their taste.
My alchololic taste buds are limited to lemon drop martini...which sometimes i do chug it up like water...=)

I'd suggest Snow in August or Will it Snow for Christmas. WISFC has that old school melodramatic feel to it. Lots of angst for the main couple, especially Go Soo's character. T__T

For MGIAG you disliked the beginning but it does get angsty towards the end with the whole life thing so that might be more to your tastes...but The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry is awesome you might not like one of the main female leads...but there's three and the get almost as much plot as the main girl...(I adore this show XD)

Yeah but (watches as her feminist card gets rescinded) - I am not too keen on dramas that skew heavily female, character-wise. Also, main OTP age difference sort of freaks me out (if my college-age kid wanted to date a 36yr old, I'd do anything to stop it). But I heard such good things about it....
