Yay! Except for Barbie, who's married and off the market (and mainly moved on to movies anyway), she's my favorite Taiwanese actress (though she seems to mainly do Mainland stuff nowadays). She's one of the very few actors I'll watch in pretty much anything.
I don't know how people survived with all those beatings AND subpar nutrition.
I am pretty sure in rl they didn't. In SoaB, I boggle how assassin, general, and assorted other characters stab themselves to make a point and run around as good as new. Clearly ancient world has never had sepsis :P (Just like the scene where Ruby stabs her aunt 3 inches below waist because there are few blood vessels there so she wn't die and I kept thinking - she got stabbed in the abdomen with a big sword.
