And then there is Vic Zhou as Zai Tian or Chen Ling. Argh, hard choices.

Date: 2010-03-10 03:21 am (UTC)Anyway, I chose Jae Hee from Sandglass, it was Lee Jung Jae's debut role, and his role is pretty similar to Danny Ahn's in CHUNO but with a back story. He's a former gangster turned lovelorn bodyguard, he was quiet but filled with such emotions, dying to burst. it was always unrequited... but he loved her from afar... with all his angst, fire, his tenderness, and he was just so pure despite his job. and the way he always would sweat... yes. No wonder he became a superstar after that role.

Date: 2010-03-10 10:44 am (UTC)I seriously almost had migraine because of this. LMAO!
Really. I stared at the screen for almost 30 minutes....
In the end, it all came down to five choices.
Lee Dong Chul
Kim Hyun Joon
Damdeuk
Muhyul/Jumong
Bidam
Even though BYJ is my fave Korean actor of all time, he got booted out of the list first because Damdeuk didn't show that much of skin in TWSSG. LOL!
Muhyul/Jumong followed next for the same reasons. Although both have more angsty scenes compared to Damdeuk.
Bidam and Kim Hyun Joon slugged it out. I must admit, KHJ all bloodied up and shirtless and sweating would have been enough to beat Bidam. But Kim Nam Gil's sexy ass is indelibly painted in my mind plus the fact that BIDAM made ANGST/Y look so damn sexy. Move over Legolas, I have my new fave archer.
In the end, Bidam edged out KHJ (by the slimmest of margin).
Bidam vs Lee Dong Chul.
As much I love KNG's ass and (maybe) his capabilities in bed (as shown in Portrait of A Beauty), Lee Dong Chul is just way too fucking sexy.
YES.
It doesn't matter if he's covered in grime and blood or drenched in sweat wearing a wife beater and baggy pants carrying an LPG tank or looking so fucking hot in a suit...I will take him,anywhere...anytime.
LEE DONG CHUL = HOT WILD SEX.
I wonder how Lee Yeon Hee managed to keep her hands off him. If I were in her place...I would have taken one for all you ladies out there! LMAO!
* did I just reveal too much with my answer? *
