I am going to see Australia later and I am so excited I can hardly breathe.

I adore Baz Lurhrman's movies (I have yet to see one I didn't love), I really like Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman, and there is nothing like a period romantic epic to get me going giddy. Not to mention I always found Australia itself both amazing and a place I don't know enough about (I spent a month there in 2003 and it was love at first sight. I've been back once and would love to go back again so much). I have been to both Outback and Darwin - the places where some of the movie is set, so that makes me even more excited!

Plus, just look at this trailer and tell me you don't want to watch it. I won't believe you!

...okay, you have me there. At first I thought, this movie is like all the others, but after the first half minutes the trailer got my attention. Still, it happens to me every time: I'm looking forward to a film, and by the time I watch it it turns out that the best parts were in the trailer, and there is nothing good left from the film, only that 2 minutes 42 seconds.

Nicole Kidman is awesome (so pretty, wut) and Australia itself is awesome (used to be my number one vacation spot until Japan jumped in. DX)

I'm not fond of historical movies, but this looks interesting! :]
