I just saw a rather bad quality copy of the theatrical trailer for Jodha Akbar (epic about Muslim Emperor Akbar (Hrithik Roshan) and his Hindu wife Jodha (Aishwarya Rai)) and all I can say is...

Hrithik. Fighting a Battle Elephant. In the arena.

I think I have found a perfect movie.

But seriously, the quality is extraordinarily lousy (I think someone must have filmed it on their cell). If I wasn't so obsessed I would have waited for a more decent quality trailer.

I don't think she is going to wear this outfit except for the wedding. This is bridal decoration. So I think you are safe if you can close your eyes for five minutes :)

And it's going to have battles, and fights in arenas, and sword-fighting between hero and heroine...

I shall use Asoka to judge Bollywood swordfighting. I shall possibly watch it while I'm off this week, depending on whether or not Farscape comes by then and if I start obsesively bingeing.

The DVDs should get there late this week, at the latest, I hope. (I couldn't locate the very last disc with the last two eps of the season in time, so I'll be mailing that on Monday. But I doubt you are going to finish 20eps so fast that it would make a difference).

The quality of trailer on youtube is sucky but I just saw it in the theater and it's mindbogglingly awesome. Plus, even 3+ minutes of Hrithik made me hormonal :)
