This I got to see

I need to finish Sorry I Love You (MISA) which I stopped with at ep 6. I liked it, but it was so depressing I needed a break.

But that isn't about that. Guess what:

they made a MISA anime!!!!!!!!!

Whaaaaaaa?

Why?

How come?

What?

Ummm, yeah. 'See Moon-Hyuk get shot in the head repeatedly, go to Korea to avenge self on abandoning mother, fall in love with girl who crushes on his stepbrother, angst all over the place for hours and writhe around on bed in pain. Oh, and conclude with some awesome death-suicide stuff. Who doesn't want to see a cartoon about that?'

Yeah.

I repeat, whaaaaaa?

Probably will finish it soon, but will watch in small doses. If I marathon, will end up in a coma of weeping :)

Oh, you would. It's so sad and yet so perfect.

Hmmm, maybe an ep or two when I finish HMT then :)

I am sure it does. I sort of adore the OTP even though they are both so dysfunctional.

One thing I love (though it took me a while to get used to, ironically) is that MH is so not a typical drama hero: he is uncouth and not 'refined' at all, and can be quite petty and not nice. He always keeps me off-kilter. But he can also do amazingly gentle things and he wants someone to unconditionally care for him so much.

The OTp is wonderful in MISA, but I do agree that they are dysfunctional. Some crazy stuff goes on around them.

MH is, at the start of the series, completely and totally cruel. He doesn't stop and think nor does he really plan ahead in terms of his "revenge". As cliche as i t is, it's the love of a woman that changes him.

completely and totally cruel.

He really is. The scene with his stepbrother and the pool freaked me out entirely too much: his sitting there drinking watching the guy drown with no expression. Yikes. In some ways, he is almost like an animal or a small child: no idea of right or wrong.

at least sjs showed emotions in this drama. Creepy and scary emotion, but emotion.

LOL. true.
