What am I talking about? It's almost October and that means IRIS and You're Beautiful are about to go head-to-head.

In one corner we have IRIS on KBS - a twisty thriller with an all-star cast which marks the return of superstar Lee Byung Hun back on small screen after 6 years. (!) Secret agents, assassins, forbidden love, total betrayal, and some really gorgeous locales.

In the other corner we have You're Beautiful on SBS - a romantic comedy involving a boyband with (unknown to the others) one cross-dressing girl; shades of Boys Over Flowers mania, a teen-geared trendy and popular young cast, the (unusual in dramas but dear to the hearts of many) kpop-world setting, and the writing of the awesome Hong Sisters.
