OK, I am a patient woman and I like childhood portions of narratives more than the average viewer but I have just started episode 7 of Giant and we are still in the childhood portions.

Jesus H. Christ.

Why on earth?

Not even East of Eden's childhood portions lasted this long and EoE was a longer drama. This is verging into Princess Ja Myung Go territory. Seriously. Good Lord. How much more kidlets do I have to endure?

I've been ffing and probably missing important plot points (e.g. I have no idea how protagonist and his younger sis got separated and what happened to her) but I can stand fictional children for only this long.

Yes, today is my grumpy day.

ETA: this said, I am completely cracking up at the part where poncy upperclass kids in Gangmo's new fancy school try to act all scary and tough to make him back down. Ahahahahahhaha. Dudes, he took on a juvenile delinquent street gang and won through sheer insanity and was outrunning killers and living homeless when he was what - 12? I think he can take care of you with no problem. Bwhahaha.
