The sexiest question really wasn't fair. How the heck am I supposed to choose between Lee Min Ho, Lee Jun Ki, and Yeon Jung Hoon???? Each one is Supremely Sexy in his own unique way! I finally voted for Yeon Jung Hoon simply because I didn't want my two Lee's to be jealous of each other, and because Jung Hoon totally rocks the guyliner. And I think vampire prosecutors/cops/detectives are sexy as heck (see: Nick Knight, Mick St. John, Henry Fitzroy...)

Currently watching Arang, Faith, and VP2. Planning to watch Seer. Might watch Nice Guy, but I'm waiting to see how it ends first. Isn't there another upcoming saeguk about a sorcerer or something? Or maybe it's a movie.

Really wish I could find other blogs spazzing over VP2, but no one seems to be discussing it much except on DramaBeans.

I'm watching the same dramas and VP2 is my fav. too.
And I really agree with you: why people aren't more discussing it?????

cable dramas usually get less eyeballs sadly.

Yay, another Moonlight fan :)

The sorcerer one is Jeon Woo Chi.

I've heard good things about VP2 but I am not big on procedurals, and also all sub links periodically get yanked...cable dramas are always iffy.

I don't mind procedurals, obviously, but it takes more than solving the crime of the week to keep me interested. Gotta have those back stories and subtle romances and such. That's why VP2 gets to me...the bromance and the hints of romance have me concocting all kinds of off-screen scenarios :) And it doesn't hurt that I've loved vampire stories since I was a child - a loooooooooong time ago LOL.

I download everything (and burn to DVD and make pretty shippy labels and store in a huge DVD binder) so I don't have to worry about sub links or torrent links disappearing. But Drama Fever is subbing the show, so it's relatively easy to stream (or grab the subs straight from DF if you know how).

I DL'd my VP epis + subs but both seasons should be available @ Dramafever in case you feel like checking it out for size. It's not a typical procedural, I'd say VP is more akin to e.g Moonlight than your usual cop show. :)

Ah, another fan of hot vampy cops. :) VP is my crack these days and I'm forever sad that DB seems to be the only place people are talking about it.

^^ what she said, the 'sexiest' question is really unfair! Choosing between all those hot people, I pretty much have to go 'eeny meeny minie mo' for my final choice :/

I plan to check out P&H :)

SMA is gorgeous (though I think Kim Hee Sun even more so).

You know, not a single male character - yes, character, not the actor - oozes sex really. Sexiness, to me, is very primal. And none of the characters are particularly so.

Lee Min Ho's Choi Young is sexy only because Lee Min Ho is, in his own thoughtful, good looking, charismatic way and Choi Young has a kind of "whatev" casualness. Perhaps Vampire Prosecutor is sexy in a cool way. The closest to sexy so far is probably Ji Jin Hee's Yi Seong Gye. He's the only one with sexiness of the primal kind. Literally, with his animal head wear, no less.

I'm irked that none of these dramas are exploiting potentially very sexy actors. The last character whom I can remember readily as oozing sexiness was Kim Nam Gil's Bad Guy. That was a while ago.

Hmm, it's interesting how perceptions differ - I did not find KNG at all sexy in Bad Guy (in QSD, another matter). While someone like LMH as Choi Young made me ridiculously teen-girl-again hormonal, especially when he had that mop of hair. I used to space out from whatever the plot was at the time.

The last 3 were way too hard. How can you tick just one for those! I think 'all of the above' would have been the ticket here. ;P

Too many dramas, too little time.... as per usual. Only this time around I haven't dropped quite that many so I'm actually actively following several; VP2 (which oddly enough is the one I'm most into - well, I do like procedurals and mysteries so...), Nice Guy, Five Fingers and Arang. Hmmmm.... there seems to be a pattern here.

Checked out Horse Doctor and I kinda liked it too, though it's very traditional and can get boring at some point. Next on the 'to-do' list are The Greeat Seer and My Love Madam Butterfly.

You are welcome to the Horse Doctor. I just - it's not bad but I require more excitement (and swords) in my period dramas :P

I know! :)

I don't mind less excitement (as in fewer fights/battles) as excess of that gets boring too after a while, especially if not executed well. But then the story has to grab me in some way to keep me watching anyways. If that fails no amount of 'excitement' helps.
